Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By creating an account or interacting with our services, you agree to these platform guidelines.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a Promoter or Advertiser account on Digbly.com, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms, as well as the Privacy Policy document. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Digbly ecosystem. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and dashboard actions. Digbly Inc. is not liable for losses resulting from compromised passwords. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Promoters & Traffic Tiers

Promoters earn revenue by distributing shortened Smart Links. Click commissions are computed based on geographical audience tiers and the CPC bid set by Advertisers:

  • Tier 1 Traffic: Click volume originating from US, UK, and CA (highest CPM valuation, baseline $5.00/1000 clicks).
  • Tier 2 Traffic: Click volume originating from EU and Asia (baseline $3.00/1000 clicks).
  • Tier 3 Traffic: Click volume originating from other geographic zones (baseline $1.50/1000 clicks).
  • Volume Incentives: Accounts generating over 50,000 unique clicks monthly qualify for an 8% commission bonus. Accounts exceeding 100,000 clicks qualify for a 15% bonus.

4. Anti-Fraud & Traffic Quality

We enforce strict traffic guidelines. Our automated AI real-time tracking systems analyze behavioral signatures. The following acts are strictly prohibited:

  • Self-clicking on your own generated Smart Links.
  • Click exchanges, click groups, forced pop-unders, or incentive traffic programs (paying users to click).
  • Using VPNs, proxies, botnets, script automations, or device emulators.

Any detected fraudulent activity will lead to the immediate suspension of the associated account, forfeiture of all pending earnings, and potentially permanent platform IP bans.

Guidelines for Real Promoters

To ensure community trust and platform integrity, all promoters must strictly adhere to the following rules. Failure to comply will result in immediate suspension and non-payment:

1. Share naturally and genuinely

When sharing links, you must share interesting content naturally on your personal Facebook, blogs, or social networks. Sharing should mimic how you would naturally recommend something to friends and family. Forced or artificial sharing is prohibited.

2. Do not deceive or beg for clicks

You must not ask, beg, or incentivize others to click on your shared links (e.g., using phrases like “Click this link”, “Help me click”, or similar language). Misleading methods to obtain clicks, including using unrelated images or false headlines, are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in non-payment and immediate forfeiture of all pending earnings.

3. Do not spam

You must not spam links on websites, pages, or forums that you do not own. Specifically, spamming using the term “Digbly” on official social media pages, forums, and job sites is strictly forbidden. Any spamming activity will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated earnings.

4. Do not artificially inflate clicks

You must not click on your own unique links or attempt to inflate click counts. Prohibited activities include using automated dialogs, clearing cookies, using multiple devices/IPs, click-for-click schemes, or using paid-to-click services. All inflated traffic is non-payable and will result in permanent account suspension.

5. Do not use multiple accounts or misrepresent identity

You are allowed to maintain only one active account on Digbly. Creating duplicate accounts, using false identities, or misrepresenting an organization is strictly forbidden. Violators will have all duplicate accounts closed, and all earnings associated with these accounts will be permanently forfeited.

5. Advertisers & Ad Budgets

Advertisers set active campaigns and allocate budgets for their campaign smart links.

  • Advertisers are solely responsible for target URL destinations.
  • Target URLs must not contain malware, adult content, dating schemes, copyright infringements, or illegal products.
  • Digbly reserves the right to review, pause, or remove campaigns violating our quality standards without prior notice.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transfers must adhere to the following rules:

  • Minimum Withdrawal: Promoters can submit a payout request when their wallet balance reaches at least $10.00 USD.
  • Withdrawal Methods: PayPal. You are solely responsible for entering the correct network address. Transferred assets to incorrect addresses are non-recoverable.
  • Withdrawal Processing: Payments are processed within 48 business hours after manual traffic approval checks.
  • Deposits: Advertisers fund wallets via payment gateways (PayPal). Deposits are immediately credited to the ad budget once confirmed by the network. All spent advertising budgets are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property & Liability

All software, layout code, graphics, branding slogans, and automated traffic checking architectures are the exclusive property of Digbly Inc. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any platform components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digbly Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profit or traffic anomalies.

8. Termination & Governing Law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply with these terms, violate anti-fraud rules, or engage in behaviors harmful to the Digbly brand.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digbly Inc. is officially registered.
