Welcome to Digbly. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Digbly's Website, located at digbly.com. 1. The Digbly Economy & Pricing Logic

Digbly provides a platform for creators to monetize their knowledge through Pay-Per-View (PPV) and Custom Paid Content:

  • Custom Pricing: Creators have the autonomy to set their own price for "Paid Content" (e.g., 10, 50, or 500 Coins).

  • The Commission Model: For every successful content unlock, Digbly applies a 10% platform fee (minimum 1 Coin).

    • Example 1: If a Creator sets a price of 10 Coins, the Creator receives 9 Coins, and Digbly retains 1 Coin.

    • Example 2: If a Creator sets a price of 5 Coins, the Creator receives 4 Coins, and Digbly retains 1 Coin (due to the minimum fee).

  • Pay-Per-View (PPV): Creators earn a fixed rate based on the viewer's country (e.g., 0.1 Coin) per verified unique view on their public summaries.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Digbly and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

  • You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

  • User Content: By posting content, you grant Digbly a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute it in any and all media.

3. Content Standards & Value

  • Fair Pricing: Creators must price content based on its actual value. Digbly reserves the right to flag or remove content that uses "Clickbait" or deceptive descriptions.

  • Prohibited Content: You are restricted from publishing:

    • Malware, viruses, or any harmful software.

    • Pirated materials or content infringing on third-party copyrights (DMCA).

    • Hate speech, adult/pornographic content, or any illegal material.

  • Violation: Any violation results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the entire account balance.

4. Earnings & Withdrawals

  • Minimum Cash-out: Withdrawal requests via PayPal are available once a user’s balance reaches 10,000 Coins ($10.00).

  • Audit Period: All earnings are subject to a 3-7 day verification period to prevent fraud (e.g., bot-generated views or self-purchasing).

  • Exchange Rate: 1,000 Coins = $1.00 USD.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings in your local jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digbly, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website. Digbly shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or the quality of content provided by third-party creators.

6. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Digbly from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

7. Variation of Terms

Digbly is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website, you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts for the resolution of any disputes.
