Alain Delon's estate: Alain-Fabien reverses his request to annul his father's will

New developments in the legal battle between Alain Delon's children.

While a civil hearing was scheduled for March 9th before the Paris Judicial Court, Alain-Fabien Delon has decided, for the time being, to withdraw his request to have his father's will annulled in France, BFMTV learned from a source close to the case, confirming information from RTL. Indeed, according to our information, Alain-Fabien Delon "intends to withdraw" from this procedure, but nevertheless reserves the right to relaunch this request for annulment, "depending on how the dispute develops," without further details. This is not the end of the dispute between the Delon children, however. It continues in Switzerland. According to our information, a final conciliation meeting between the parties took place in Switzerland in early February. But at the end of it, the parties failed to reach an agreement. The dispute over Alain Delon's estate will therefore continue in the Swiss courts.

Proceedings initiated in September

Last September, the youngest son of the French film icon launched civil proceedings in the Paris Judicial Court to have his father Alain Delon's will annulled.

Alain-Fabien then sued his half-brother Anthony and his sister Anouchka, as well as the three executors of the will responsible for ensuring its execution.

He contested, in particular, an addition dated November 24, 2022, which makes Anouchka the sole heir to her father's moral rights, as revealed in the investigative book Last Days of the Samurai (Robert Laffont).

Alain Delon's will, signed in its first version in In 2015, he divided his fortune of several tens of millions of euros as follows: 50% for Anouchka, 25% for Anthony, and 25% for Alain-Fabien. The Delon saga continues, as the actor's three children are due to appear next week before the 17th chamber of the Paris Criminal Court. Anouchka Delon is suing her brothers for defamation on March 17, 2026, notably for comments made on Instagram.
