How long do I have to claim my Lotto winnings?
The Lotto is a national lottery. It was created in 1976 and attracts many participants to each draw. Up for grabs is a jackpot of several million euros and many other prizes.
If you played and won, here's what you need to know. Because yes, with the Lotto, there is a deadline for claiming your winnings. You have 60 days to request the amount due. If you have not taken any action by this deadline, the sum will be paid into the Loto Reserve Fund. Note that you must present valid identification if your winnings exceed €2,000. Furthermore, your receipt must not be altered or torn and must be perfectly legible. If it is damaged, only Française des Jeux is authorized to determine its validity. Remember to keep it safe, protected from external damage and moisture.
