- Saison 2
Following a spectacular debut that saw over 3 million players storming the battlefield, Bulkhead Interactive is preparing to take Wardogs to the next level. With the launch of Season 2 officially scheduled for October 15, 2026, the developer has pulled back the curtain on a comprehensive suite of updates designed to reshape the gameplay experience.
A Fresh Start for All
Season 2 marks a significant turning point, characterized by a full server-wide reset. This "new beginning" has generated immense excitement within the community, as players look forward to a leveled playing field and the introduction of game-changing mechanics that promise to refine the tactical depth of the shooter.
Arsenal and Battlefield Expansion
Bulkhead Interactive is injecting a massive amount of variety into the game with new hardware and tactical equipment.
New Weaponry:
- TCX Spear (Assault Rifle)
- M14 (DMR)
- PP-19 Bizon (SMG)
- Evo-3 Ultra (LMG)
- Molotov Cocktails (Throwable)
Vehicles & Combat Support:
- Wolf-110 (Fast light transport)
- Wolf-110 Assault variant (equipped with M2 Browning)
- T-72 Main Battle Tank
- Flakpanzer Gepard (Anti-air)
- Deployable M2 Browning machine gun nests, large metal shelters, and wooden pathways.
Immersive Features and Weather Systems
Perhaps the most transformative addition is the new rainy weather system. This climate feature will dramatically alter visibility and movement, forcing players to adapt their strategies for both ground and air combat. Furthermore, an experimental 'Gambler Merchant' feature will allow players to raise the stakes, letting them bet on their own performance to earn massive rewards or risk losing everything.
Refined Balance and Tactical Adjustments
While developers noted that a 'perfect' balance is an ongoing journey, Season 2 brings critical adjustments to gear and faction dynamics. Notable changes include:
- Gear Updates: The 'Super Heavy' helmet now includes audio dampening and a restricted field of view, while all heavy helmets now provide improved resistance to suppression.
- Faction Tweaks: Lonestar faction uniforms have been desaturated to blend better with environments, and the team will receive temporary XP and money multipliers for the duration of the season to ensure competitive fairness.
- Merchant Discounts: A new mechanic offers a 20% discount at merchants for any team trailing by at least 40 points, providing a comeback mechanic for struggling squads.
