I Spent a Year Testing Open Earbuds: Here Are My Top Picks in the Amazon Prime Day Sale

After spending the last year rigorouslly testing a variety of audio gear, I have become a firm believer in the benefits of open-ear earbuds. These devices offer a unique listening experience by allowing you to enjoy your music, podcasts, or calls while staying fully aware of your ambient environment. As Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days event kicks off, I have curated a list of my favorite open-ear models that are currently available at significant discounts.

Why Choose Open-Ear Earbuds?

Open-ear earbuds are designed to sit outside the ear canal, using air conduction or bone conduction to deliver sound. This design is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, commuters, or anyone who wants to maintain situational awareness while listening to audio. Over the past year, I have put several pairs to the test, evaluating them for comfort, sound quality, and battery performance.
