LEGO Unleashes Epic Lineup for October 2026: Iconic Licences and Massive Sets

As the leaves turn in October 2026, LEGO is set to dominate the collector market with an extraordinary wave of new releases. Building on the momentum of previous months, the Danish brick giant is leaning heavily into beloved pop culture franchises, offering everything from retro gaming nostalgia to massive cinematic tributes.

Gaming Nostalgia: PlayStation and Pokémon

Leading the charge for gamers is the impressive 72306 LEGO PlayStation set. This 1,911-piece build is an authentic 1:1 scale replica of the original 1990s console, complete with a wired controller and working power and disc-load buttons. To sweeten the deal, it includes charming micro-dioramas based on classics like Gran Turismo and Ape Escape. Meanwhile, Pokémon fans are being treated to an expansive 2,386-piece Poké Ball set. Opening this display piece reveals a detailed scene featuring the iconic Professor Oak's lab, complete with miniature battle recreations and classic starter motifs.

Cinematic Giants: Star Wars and Marvel

For space opera enthusiasts, the 75457 Super Destroyer Executor stands as a titan. Spanning over 136 cm in length, this 6,130-piece masterpiece is one of the largest Star Wars sets to date. It brings the drama of 'The Empire Strikes Back' to life, featuring exclusive minifigures of bounty hunters and Darth Vader. On the superhero front, Marvel fans can prepare for the upcoming 'Avengers: Doomsday' with a new, highly detailed Avengers Tower set, complete with a roster of heroes and villains including Doctor Doom.

Diverse Collections and Seasonal Magic

Beyond the blockbuster licenses, October 2026 sees the arrival of the Nevermore Academy set from the hit Netflix series 'Wednesday', alongside cozy additions to the Icons collection like the 'Book Nook' bookstore. As the holidays approach, LEGO is also rolling out an extensive array of seasonal sets, ranging from Christmas countdown calendars to festive displays like 'Buddy the Elf' and specialized holiday decorations, ensuring builders have plenty to keep them busy throughout the autumn season.
