Editor's Top Picks: Must-Watch Highlights

While the list of new arrivals is long, a few stand-out titles demand your immediate attention. Here are our top recommendations for your viewing pleasure tonight.

'Party Down' Seasons 1-3 (Now on Netflix)

Genre: Situational Comedy

For fans of workplace comedies with a cynical edge, Party Down is an absolute gem. The series follows a group of aspiring actors and writers in Los Angeles who work for a catering company to make ends meet while waiting for their big break. Starring Adam Scott, Jane Lynch, and Martin Starr, the show is celebrated for its sharp wit and eclectic ensemble cast.

While the show originally struggled with ratings on Starz, it has since gained a massive cult following. The cast recently reunited for a third and final season in 2023, ensuring that the series concludes on a high note. If you enjoy the awkward dynamics of Parks and Recreation or the biting humor of Glee, this is a binge-watch you cannot miss.

'Line of Fire' (Now on Peacock)

Genre: Action Thriller

If you prefer high-stakes conspiracies and family drama, Line of Fire is the series for you. Starring Peter Krause and Hope Davis, the show centers on a Secret Service Special Agent and a Deputy U.S. Marshal who share a complicated past and an even more complicated family. Together with their three children—all of whom are high-level government agents—they must unite to dismantle a deadly conspiracy.

From showrunner Joshua Safran, this series is perfect for fans of Quantico or traditional network police procedurals, blending personal turmoil with national security threats.

'Super Troopers 3' (Available for PVOD)

Genre: Comedy

The chaotic Vermont state troopers are back. In this latest installment, Thorny, Farva, and the rest of the gang find themselves in a predicament when Thorny tries to stop his sister Sarita from marrying Farva. While the series is known for its absurdism and slapstick humor, the addition of acclaimed actor Brian Cox adds an unexpected layer of prestige to the mayhem.
