October Prime Day 2026: The Top 15 Unmissable Early Deals You Can Shop Now

With Amazon Prime Big Deal Days 2026 just around the corner, excitement is building for what has become a major retail event. While the official start date of October 6 looms, savvy shoppers know that the best strategy often involves acting early. As a seasoned observer of every Amazon sales event, I have combed through the initial wave of discounts to highlight 15 items that are not just on sale, but are truly worth your attention.

Why Start Shopping Early?

Retail history shows that while the main event brings site-wide chaos, early drops often feature inventory that is priced at its lowest point of the year. By avoiding the rush on the official start date, you ensure better availability and more thoughtful purchasing decisions.

My Top Picks

Among the standout offers is the Amazon Echo Show 11, now priced at $149. Having utilized this device daily since its debut, I can vouch for its utility; getting it at this price point—which is even lower than previous seasonal sales—is a no-brainer. For fitness enthusiasts, the New Balance Ellipse running shoes are available for $109. Typically retailing at $144, this price marks a historic low, making it a perfect time to upgrade your gear for fall marathons or daily training sessions.

Essential Early Deals to Consider

Whether you are looking to upgrade your smart home ecosystem or enhance your daily routine, here are the categories currently showing impressive early discounts:

• Smart Home Tech: Devices are seeing price cuts starting from just $12, providing an easy entry point for home automation.
• Athletic Apparel: Beyond sneakers, various fitness accessories are marked down, including options from The Gym People for as low as $14.
• Home Comfort: Quality cooling blankets and kitchen essentials, such as the Ninja 14-cup coffee maker ($89), are seeing significant markdowns.
• Tech & Gadgets: For those needing a power boost, the Iniu Pocket Rocket P50 is down to $29, while the Garmin Forerunner 165 has dropped to $199, offering a premium fitness tracking experience at a mid-range price.
